From the ruins of neoliberalism to where?

On Tuesday, June 7th, at 8:00 PM, the twelfth program of the “Common Vision for Humanity and the Planet” seminar series will be broadcast live on the YouTube channel of Kapadokya University. The guest of this program will be Prof. Wendy Brown, a faculty member at the University of California, Berkeley, known for her critical approaches to critical legal studies and feminist theory. Prof. Brown has worked on democracy and sovereignty topics and is the author of several books, including Manhood and Politics: A Feminist Reading in Political Theory (New Feminist Perspectives) (1998), Edgework: Critical Essays on Knowledge and Politics (2009), Regulating Aversion: Tolerance in the Age of Identity and Empire (2009), Walled States, Waning Sovereignty (2010), Undoing the Demos: Neoliberalism’s Stealth Revolution (Near Future Series) (2015), Politics Out of History (2018), In the Ruins of Neoliberalism: The Rise of Antidemocratic Politics in the West (2019), and States of Injury: Power and Freedom in Late Modernity (2020). Prof. Brown has four books translated into Turkish. The program titled Where to From the Ruins of Neoliberalism will be moderated by Prof. Burak Özçetin, a faculty member at Bilgi University.
