Professor Ruslan Dzarasov, a faculty member at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, holds a degree in Economics from Moscow Lomonosov State University, which he completed in 1985, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom in 2007. His research focuses on Post-Keynesianism, globalization, and the center-periphery relationship in the world economy, as well as growth and capital accumulation in the modern Russian economy. Professor Dzarasov is the author of the book “The Conundrum of Russian Capitalism: The Post-Soviet Economy in the World System” (2013).
